The data transmitted through the ZipDivorce™ system platform is encrypted with state-of-the-art web security technology (the same Symantec® technology many banks and the government use). We take pride in keeping all account information safe, secure and private.

We use a 2048-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL). It's easy to tell when you are protected by encryption - the lock or key at the bottom or top of your browser changes color or is no longer broken. This may vary depending on your browser. You will see that you and/or your clients are in a secure environment when logging in or creating an account.

The system platform and server are randomly tested daily for vulnerability clearance by McAfee, Inc. This helps provide a "hacker safe" online environment.

The servers are also protected by layers, including a Cisco® firewall implemented with intelligent port blocking, and are hosted and managed by RackSpace®, the industry leader in server protection, management, and cloud computing solutions.

Account Access

Account access is achieved with a unique username and password. Inside each account there is a manage account button that permits the account holder to change the password at any time. Under no circumstances will our support staff members ask anyone for his or her password, nor will they deliver a password over the phone.
